I could get a ticket since I'm in a Juventus Club DOC and these clubs get preemptive rights on tickets but travelling is so annoying and worky. Also I've seen these ppl like 5 years ago the last time and it would be a bit awkward to only show up for CL final

He's a family friend who we've known for years, think there's a family connection somewhere down the line through my fathers side. Met him a dozen times growing up and I know he lives in Cardiff. Soon as we had a sniff of this Final I asked my uncle if he could get in contact with Jerry. He knows Ryan Giggs not that that means anything but I'm trying to paint you all a picture of this guy, as maybe with a few of his contacts and the fact that he's a Cardiff Italian that he could find a way in getting tickets for this final.
If not then at least let us stay over the night instead of forking out on overpriced hotels.

You could make it illegal (or enforce it better, no idea how the situation is currently) to sell tickets on.

Like, you distribute them to the clubs and sponsors, maybe have a general lottery, and if you win & can't go you have to give it back.

Camp Tuz. Make T-Shirts up with club logo and our usernames on the back, take loads of drunken photos, bum around Cardiff, drink beer, find a bit of skirt that's up for it that'll love all of our dodgy accents (worse than their own) take more photos of their mooies!!
