“In fact, if we don’t have European commitments, it will be easier for us to challenge for the Scudetto next season.”

Since the summer - when were we ever going to be in Europe next season..?
He already said he wants to see out his contract til '08, I don't see what changes with this new statement.

Until he signs a contract extension he could still be heading for a Bosman so this new chat just sounds like fan appeasement to me.

Genuinely hope I'm proved wrong though and that he signs up soon but if he's only around for a year maybe a Trez>Hunter transition like Inzaghi>Trez before..!

eh, he'll come with another quote next week saying how much he wants to leave and how he is fielding mad offers from clubs all over europe.

i do like hearing that he wants to stay but this has been going on all season. we shall see, and prince had a good point that would we want to keep him if it means the hunter will be eliminated from coming to juve? just something to ponder.

just when i wanted to sell him ...

what a shitty performance against albinoleffe.

Anyway, could be good news, but then he has to extend his contract soon.

so what does that mean to our transfer wishes? no hunter? or no toni? so if he stays i'm sure boji is leaving no space for him next season

TBH, I respect David alot, but I'm not going to believe anything, until next season starts. All this propaganda makes my head upside down.

I know what you mean Rab, you can't know if anything is true nowadays, but what I do know is that Trez loves this jersey and I don't believe what he said in this article was dishonest. I can't know for sure if he will stay, who knows what can happen in the future, maybe we will be forced to sell him, but I have this feeling he will stay for a long time and I've been saying it for a while.

Forza Trez, hope you get out of your bad streak soon and start doing what you do best.

Oh and up yours Trez haters! :faq1:

As a matter of fact, you shouldn't believe anything regarding Trez or any other player until next season. As of late, I have been taking all transfer rumors with a pinch of salt.

:weee:

Juve should sign "the hunter" either way
:agree: That's what I think too!

:agree: Too many rumours caused by gutterpress, 'cos their journalists are too lazy to get off their posteriors & do their job properly.

Very wise, Rami, but we have to have something to chat about.
