what happens inside is what really matters, mental laziness is what is referenced here. Letting yourself become a "victim" and get caught up in the path that was "drawn" for you is laziness in a society that provides you with enough opportunities to escape destructive behavior. Are there some clinical cases? sure, but i dont think we give humans enough credit when it comes to overcoming adversity.
You're talking about resilience, but it is still a superficial analysis. I never would have thought you would say this living in The States.

like i said i thought i would be good at teaching and would find great satisfaction in it, and these schools take you on without having a teacher license, they pretty much take anyone whos not a sex offender :p

what exactly? that you choose your culture? yes in society like that of the US, unless we are talking severe clinical cases. Have you watched video i posted in the last page?
