of course this interview is bs. Don't you think that it would be all over every press if he really said anything in that direction? and it's not only lately that they're going downhill. I read that newspaper nearly every day, because it's quite entertaining reading pages and pages only about juve, but if you want to have serious news, then tuttosport is the wrong place. They're 'translating' interviews so that they fir they're headlines. it's just horrible, i wish someone sues them one day.

He was injured at that time so he could not play, and why would he also say

" There are big players here and I want to take this side to the Champions League final"

Tiago has been attacked by the media ever since he joined juventus. I'm glad he's starting to turn things around. Hopefully he'll keep at it and become one heck of a valuable asset to us.

Good to see he's finally living up the expectations with solid performances in a row, especially against one of the biggest sides in the world. I hope he keeps playing that way and doesn't give away a starting spot easily to Zanetti when he's ready to play.

... Or Poulsen for that matter.

we'll just have to wait & see how his form continues (which it should) and what ranieri does when all those players becom available to him again. will he stick or twist if tiago keeps form?

That's probably because he has seen more bench time than a 3rd string substitute goalkeeper. After a few weeks though, both Momo and Tiago will need rests here and there. If we want any chance of competing for the scudetto this year; we need to rotate the squad very wisely.

that depends on which ranieri shows up as the season goes on. the old one or the new one

What's your problem with Tiago?

I'm not a huge fan of him, but he has done well recently and is getting back to playing at a consistently good level.

He seems to have finally figured out what is expected of him in a 4-4-2 and is showing more aggression than last season.

what irks me is the number of times the play bypasses Tiago...I'm not sure if it's the tactics or his general demeanour...so many times, Tiago will be in space in the middle of the park, and either the fullback or Sissoko runs past him and play the ball to Del Piero :wallbang:, then Ale has to come deep to get the ball and further away from a goalscoring position
