And Baggio, read my post again, you'll see my actual point weren't those years.
I see your actual point, which is why im trying to explain to you, that Del Piero has been legendary in his performances at hsi peak. Now his game is not what it used to be, and we've waited 5 seasons for him to return to the time he was the best player at Juve, unfortunately he hasnt. And its not exaggerated or critical to say, that Juve can and will be successful with or without Del Piero. Today, if anything he's more a liability than an asset, as far as our future is concerned. Luckily, it was only Miccoli and Dv that we've lost. I dont see that trend continuing much longer....

You have to remember, a team consists of 11 players, its a cohesive contribution that brings you trophies. As you've probably seen with Real by now. They have the best money can buy, but can barely win a game.

I agree it's the team that performs..Juve always had mentality and a teambuilt... that proved to be stronger than Real..yeh Real lost again today with all the great players they have....

And so did Del Piero

Face it azzurri7, if DP doesn't get himself sorted out and start stringing some good performances together Zlatan-Trez is going to be the first choice pairing in big games.

i dun see how can u relate Del Piero yo creativity.... actually to be honest i am struggling to find any reason why we need to keep del piero onn the pitch.....he dont give us width..he dont give us pace...not really give great crosse, no long shots, dun open up defense with his run nor pass... doesnt give anything on half chance..dont even create half chances... the only good thing he can do is some accurate corner kicks ( he had 3 assist all season long in the league last season and 2 of them from Ck ) and penalties......

there are 2 creative players in our team and thats Nedved and Emerson...

would be sad if we only had 2 creative players..you forgot about Zambrotta, Camo (even he is shit at the moment), Zlatan and Olivera..

Please don't mention Camo when it comes to Juve 'football. He just isn't made for it.

Well he has quality's so you don't have to say that he's nothing.. there is a reason why he is usually in the starting lineup..there really is a reason.. but i agree that he is shit 'at the moment'..

Last year I thought he didn't play well because Thuram had a very poor season, but with Zebina behind him it all looks very bland again. Olivera should be given the nod at the moment, so that Camoranesi can regain his form. When Olivera has a dip in form they can switch around again.

I ment that the man himself has big quality's which i think you never saw.. but i know he plays far below the Juve power.. but he does has it..

If he had those qualities, he would've showed them. But it's simple, he isn't made for big teams.
Ok if you say so:rolleyes:.. Del Piero is not showing it but is he not a player for a great team? of course he is.. but do not forget that Manu and Real do it much worse with there stars than we so let's keep it positive ok;)
