There is relative media buzz in Germany at the moment about that FIFA rule that was also mentioned in the Lampard situation. But I think it's unfounded. We will see. There is Scottish player who wants to do a transfer basing on this rule and has gone to court. On April 4th we will get the result I think. Some people are talking about "Bosman dimensions" others thinks it's just blown up by the media. That rule may apply to Frings.
