You do this so often, just when you think you are making semi-sense (in this case Vermaelens limitions, which I agree with), can disagree but see where you are coming from, then you just cant help yourself with the stubborn need to "prove" how you are right and just completely jump the shark and lose yourself in extremes.
Caceres is by some margin a text book case of an average defender, not even close to how fantastic Vermaelen was for Arsenal in his first two seasons, but hey, people where questioning your take on Verma, so you have to do everything to "win" the argument I guess, good for you.
True, he was so awfull that Barca wanted to weaken their defence with him after the previous season and so weak that Wenger decided to make him captain after RvP left.
Please zach, be a bit more realistic will ya.
You really seem to think bad about the Belgians while the results lately seem to say other things.
Except Defour, who isn't even playing at Porto, if I read your posts, he is the only Belgian player worth signing, go figure.
Makes complete sense to me.
