It sucks to be Lebanese these days, Syria and Hezballa are controlling our destinies.

The government has to give a green light for the trial of Hariri murder to take place, six ministers who are pro Hezballa resign, but this still makes the government legitimate to make a decision to let the trial take place. Today they kill Pierre, now the government is illegitimate. Not to mention the demonstrations that they are preparing that will be filled with Syrians and Palestinians who have absolutely nothing to do with Lebanon or even know what Lebanon is.

u liked him cause he opposed hezballa?
I liked him because he was young, charismatic and reminded me of his uncle. I liked him because he is a man of his word not like other politicians in the country and I liked him because he is wanted the good of the country, not the good for Syria.

oh
btw, whyd they kill his uncle?
Because he was the only one to fight Palestinians and remind them that the country they're fighting from belongs to the Lebanese.

Not to also forget his battles with the Syrians. They couldn't stand his power nor his words, so they took their best chances to kill him.

this sounds really sad and i am afraid its the begining of very worrying future ahead of lebanon. i hope this period passes by peacefully so the re-building process can carry on and lebanon can be back to what it should be.
