Sure dude. Lets be satisfied with 3rd place finish. I did not say Motta should be fired if he doesnt deliver the title in his 1st season. However, we need to see overall improvement in our game from the football that was hard to watch over the past few years and considering the state of Serie A we should be able to compete. We seem to be active on the market so he is getting neccessary support. Trophies do matter so he will have to deliver domestically. Cut this Motta vs Allegri bs. Allegri was fired precisely because of lack of trophies. I will not expect less from Motta in his year 2 and I believe he will deliver sooner.

The worst poster on the forum. I have my days as well but you are trully something. Terrible, cringy, whinny, etc.
We need a lot of mental re-programming, which may take a while. I agree and I really want to watch more entertaining football. In the final years of Allegri's first era, we remained a machine but we became less and less fun entertaining. In Allegri's defense, his midfield was limited.
Sarri came a long to bring that tiki-taka from Napoli that entertained Europe. Without going into details, he failed miserably. The players could at times follow his ideas but only 15-20 minutes of a game. The rest came down to grinding it out.
Pirlo came, started with "the players need to have fun again" only to fail too. Let's not dig into the reasons here.
Allegri came back and continued with his "grind them out".
My point is. It's closing in to a decade of dull football and while players have come and gone, those that came in with energy slowly became grinders. Dusan was a energetic player in the beginning and the same could be said of a lot players coming in. But changing that mental block may take a long time. Sarri and Pirlo doesn't strike me as particular good at man-management, which will be required. I hope Motta can be more efficient and productive here than his predecessors. He seemed to be very popular by the players in Bologna, so perhaps he is.
