I don't expect much in his first season (results-wise). What I care more about is the attitude from the players.

What bothered me most over the last few years is how passive and nonchalant our team is when losing. Motta needs to fix this immediately. Hopefully having new faces in the squad who are eager to please helps with this transition.

I have a feeling the first few months will be rough. That's OK. I just want to see some fucking identity and character to know that a solid foundation is being built.
