If we had No strengths none of our fans or anyone would have given us a chance at competing or winning anything.. but look back at last years posts no one wrote us off for the first 3 months.. but now your happy to say everyone in our team was a weakeness?

It's kind of obvious now who follows the club blindly without critical thinking and who likes to criticize absolutely everything without logically thinking.

Why would they even want to risk coming here this days when looking at our squad quality and the financial limitations we’re struggling with? This last few mercatto’s are evidence that we are far off from getting back to being among the elites because we lack both appeal and financial pull.

This a great mental attitude of a fans, but as I always said, it is easier to go from 45 to 80 percentile, than from 70 to 90 percentile. because you will see the progress and applaud the system when you are 45 and suddenly you are in 65 and this motivate you more to believe in the system and go for the peak performance, but when you are already in 70, when you improve to 80 you feel that is what should be and you will feel the progress is slight

And that is the level that Motta need to be face with us this season compare than last season with Bologna. It is easier for them to punch above their weight because they are lighter than for us to leap with him, except all the player have full trust on him and the result is happen on the field

What Motta did with Bologna in a league in decline was quite good. And that's about it.

Maybe not spectacular but it's an impressive achievement. Bologna have never played Champions League football in their entire history except for that one season in the 60s.

Everyones hoping hes the next genius coach.. Id prefer a manager with a proven track record of success..

Exactly the point.. how many recently retired explayers have gone to become great managers.. very few..

You would want the keys to the biggest club in Italy to go to a manager with a proven track record.. hiring a manager whos had 1 decent season since 2019 in the top flight is a punt..
