All of those scenarios are garbage.

If we want to use Pirlo effectively, we should use the 4-3-3. There's no sense in having Pastore have to worry about coming back to defend, as that's just going to ruin his effectiveness. Plus Pirlo likes to roam, so at times we'll only have the one DM in position to win the ball back.

Just go with the 4-3-3, it's better.
For that we need to get a real coach :sergio:

This would be a very good mercato.. :tuttosport:
... and development for our counter-attacking opposition.

Zamparini: Juventus asked me about Cassani.
Isla, Isla... just go and sign freakin' Isla already!
There's no chance of getting Isla. They will stick with the Italian route like they always do. If Zaccardo was the only Italian RB available, he'd be signed instead of Isla. They're freakin' terrorists.

That's very true. Bastos points to 4-4-2 and crushes our 4-3-3 dream.
it will be a 4-4-2 for sure but i have no clue what we are doing with a 32 year old pirlo in it.
pirlo could still be a good footballer but he needs protection.
if we put pirlo next to marchisio or even melo i see us getting raped on counters

I know it'd be a pretty big gamble, but I'd love it if this club could get Jovetić and get him back to his best. His price will have gone down quite a bit.
I would love to take a chance on him for a good price.

But why sign Pastore if you intend on using 4-4-2?
I have no idea. But this sort of ineptitude is typical of Marotta. Once the Aguero and Tevez pursuits fail, he'll panic buy Pastore because he needs to please the crowd with at least one quality attacking player. Maybe Conte will just throw Pastore up top next to Matri and see what happens.

I think so too. I see us ending up with Vucinic or Zarate if not worse.
Could be.
