isn't van gaal a poor mans guud hiddink ?
Nope, not at all. Hiddink is the Dutch version of Capello, he plays the brand of football that cures insomnia. van Gaal is, erm.. van Gaal is van Gaal, he likes to play attacking football and he has some balls, he is not flawless and his teams usually don't have the best defence, but still you have to give him credit for his balls and for his attacking and exciting style of football.

thank you

having balls is only useful if you have the full backing of the club... thats what you wont find in juventus, so someone like him would not even be as successful.

just imagine van gaal having a bust up with a player and the player is knowing, that the coach will get fired instead of him getting the boot or being excluded from the first squad...

I think Van Gaal is the victim of Bayern selling their best young defender (Hummels) and not replacing (Van Buyten, DeMichelis) an aging duo with quality (Breno).

We're in talks with Spalletti but Zenit don't want him to let him leave. I doubt we'll see him until next season so expect Del Neri on the bench till season end.
