I agree with Nicolas, Buffon is a great keeper, but probably not the best in the world any more and is costing us a huge amount of money. If we take that he gets around 10 mil e per year, that means we've payed him 5 mil € in wages without him playing a single game.

He's only getting older, and as much as I love him, I think the jump in quality with two new players (for example Vargas and Džeko as someone mentioned) is bigger than if we had Buffon instead of Storari in goal.

That said, I would like a new keeper then, someone younger, as Gigi was when he joined us.

20Million isn't enough to get Dzeko and Vargas. Dzeko alone has to cost between 25-35Million
