Chester, I just heard that Anderlecht has signed our boy Veselinovic from Brussels. I know he's a striker, and a tall one too, just like Lukaku. Doest that mean Anderlecht will sell Romelu in january?
Firstly, he isn't an Anderlecht player yet, we want him, he wants us, but Brussel's president doesn't want to do bussiness with Anderlecht. He has a deep hatred towards RSCA.
And since Club Brugge, Standard and Torino also wants him, it is unlikely that he will join us.

Now, assuming we would get him, I don't think he'll be replacing Lukaku in January, Lukaku has to finish school first and stated, more then once, that he wants to finish at least this season, and maybe even one or two more.

Really a joke saying Buffon is done and not so important anymore! I don't have to talk about his talent, cuz on form he is by far the best!! What is really unique about this guy is the confident he gives the rest of the team and especially the defense! Buffon IS untouchable!

So who is younger than Buffon & of equal quality?
Our scouts are paid enough to spot someone :p

Storari is neither of equal level, nor is he younger than Buffon.
Nope, but he's solid and fit now. Were all banking on Buffon coming back strong which could be completley different to how it pans out he could break down every other week. I don't think some quite understand the risk.

Quite the contradiction, Nick.:D
I have my doubts with this last injury that Buffon can reach the heights of he becoming one of the best again that's why I said I'd take 20 Million.

However if he comes back as we all know Buffon is then yes he'd be unsellable.

Nothing to do with you or V but somebody mentioned players who stayed in Serie B should be rewarded and shown respect, well yes but at the end of the day they stayed for their own gain aswell.

When did we mention our scouts? This is your view on things. Which GK is younger & of equal quality to Buffon that's a realistic & attainable target for Juventus?

You're still contradicting yourself here, you can't have your cake & eat it too. What if we sell Buffon & he gets to the CL with another team & he makes a couple of crucial saves along with saving 3 out of 5 penalties after 120min, would the 20m still justify selling him?

The day we end up selling Buffon we'll become like Milan, those guys are still looking for a WC nr 1 keeper. We've been blessed to never have to think about a goalkeeper for almost 10 years now and I'd like to keep it that way.

Until I watch every league and every game I can't say.

It's all IF's though. Thats the issue were speculating at the moment that Buffon will come back great again. It's hard to speculate when so much money is involved. What if Buffon continues to break down all the time and he misses 3/4 of the games in a season? there is a flip side to everything.

Seriously Nick, are you out of your mind? Asking to sell Buffon to replace him with Storari is just crazy-talk. Do you have any idea the confidence and quality Buffon adds to our defence?

Nick, are you seriously saying that you can't think of one player because you haven't seen every league & game?

Let me put it to you this way. I'd rather gamble on Buffon returning to fitness, finding his old form than selling him for 20m & then having to struggle with GK's that aren't up to the task. We don't need to mess around with our GK department when attack & defense should be our priority.

I dont rate Cech very highly after his injury, way too many brain farts and just terrible decision making. I have never seen Lloris, how is Sirigu? I haven't really seen too much of him.
