He still isn't much of a player to be honest. He's become quite useful, now that he's an expert in timing his runs, so he takes advantage of teams that play with a high line. Also he's improved his finishing.
Wenger knows how to utilize him, and that masks his lack of ability sometimes. But he's still extremely wasteful of posession, and he still has no idea what to do with the ball if theres a defender in front of him. He's still a limited player, but now he's become a player that could be useful of the bench.

I could see him leaving Tottenham for Italy but not coming to Juve... Inter seem to be in love with him and they have alot of money to spend at the moment after winning all that they won and no buying heavily last summer. 
I think Italy would suit him as no team can cope with his pace and power (similar to how Krasic took serie A by storm)
Anyway Tottenham can ask for a fortune now. I also think if they had to selll him they would rather he move to Italy or Spain then sell him to a EPL rival. Harry will try to keep him but I think he would sell anyone for the right price.

You could make a case on who to start between him and Fletcher but i'd rather play Fletcher.
In Bayern Munich there's simply NO way he would start, who's place is he gonna take? Van Bommel? i don't think so. Schweinsteiger?
Milan don't really need him and i wouldn't bench Pirlo for him, he's not a dm so he won't take gattuso/ambrosini's place that only leaves him battling with boateng, flamini and probably seedorf for the other place and even then i wouldn't consider him a definite starter.
Where would he play in Arsenal? Not Song's place, obviously not Fabregas, not Nasri either.
Given Liverpool's current state that isn't a hard feat to accomplish.

You are right about Munich (although I don't think Van Bommel is that special)
For Milan I think he would be a starter with Pirlo and Ambro in the 3 man mid. It would give them more protection then playing more attacking mids like Seedorf or Boateng.
Anyway I think he would have a fighting chance at the teams I mentioned to get a spot.

Whenever we were linked with him, that was the position he was labeled with.
You know this forum is very funny, a player is only as good as their last game. Amauri was labeled WC in this forum.
We've been linked to Bale for over two years & every time his name came up the LB position was the spot he would take.

Funny thing with Benitez. When you're playing a two legged tie & a certain player plays a beast of a game, surely you'd adjust your tactics to contain that player & prevent a similar scenario playing out?
Maicon made like one run & was dormant, Bale ate him alive, the third goal was something else, Maicon really took a nice nap for that game.Benitez's tactical inefficiencies were exposed big time last night.
Song is a DM, him and Marchisio don't play similar roles.
Wilshere is a promising player, he's playing very well and his development is obvious for anyone who watches us regularly, i wouldn't risk his development to get Marchisio. Plus he plays a vital role for us, when Jack is in the team, Cesc can focus on staying closer to the final third and creating from there, instead of having to come deep to spray the ball around.
Of course i wouldn't say no to Marchisio if i had the chance, but he wouldnt be a guaranteed starter by any means.
Aquilani WAS a starter for Roma.

Players play a different role in different roles, some fit better and complement a team more, aside from quality. I'd say Marchisio is quite easily a better player than Song, but would he be more useful to Arsenal.. probably not.
