Yeah, €30m is what you pay for an established player, we shouldn't believe the hype that Neymar is guaranteed to do anything or is an established player, that fee is only around because of Chelsea's interest.

Brazil might have a lot of talent but they are also the kings of overhyping their players.

Manuel Pellegrini, I was reading into his first season with Real last year and he actually did phenominally well... considering all the big-money signings yet he only lost 7 games, had a 75% win rate, and finished with Real's higest total points ever.

Neymar has the talent though, he's extremely talented and could turn out to be world class, i wouldn't be surprised at all if he did.

Though the attitude is a big problem, and we've seen it fuck up more talented player's careers.
