needs to be grilled or smoked, if you smoke it nice and slow, then all the fur and skin just falls off and you are free to eat all it's tastey bits. Or you can just chop off it's head and limbs, and blender it fresh with some ice cubes and strawberries and have a neat little protein shake.
the openness is inevitable and welcomed by every single Chinese including the government officers. But we would like to do that step by step and not in a hurry. Here is the controversial part, someone claims that they know everything about China, they know how evil the CCP is. I wonder how could they made such a conclusion from a sealed world they can not enter easily? Have these ppl gathered enough information or evidences to support their point of views? for examle, someone here claim that Mao should respond for millions of death, I have to ask how did they get this number, is there any documents or evidences could prove such allegation? about the india issue, could you tell your indian friends that we are now living in 2008, not 1989! we are not living in a cool war time! if there is a nuclear war happend, no one would survive, so why would I bother, but I can ensure you that China would be th last one to start such a stupid war. the nukes are looked more dangerous when they stay where they are than use them practically(hope you can understand what I mean). beside, our Pakistani friends will keep india busy, they should worry about the Pakistani more than the Chinese.
the taiwan issue is an internal affair, I think you have to check why the Chinese military arranged such a exercise. I guess you wont bother if the US army running any kinds of exercise on US soil.

1. We're the one the closest neighbor to China for long long time and there is one thing our ancestors said is to be careful, China is always our greatest threat; they have always tried to invade our country since the ancient time. But ironically, our fucking government still says things like the "Northern Brother" (means The Chinese Communist Party). And they tried to invade us in 1979, haha
2. Despite the fact that our culture is so influenced by Chinese, we still are so different to them. For example, we don't do women trafficking (they abduct Vietnamese women and children and sell them to China). We don't eat newborn babies (http://forum.bennhac.com/showthread.php?t=776). We are not crazy nationalists like them, we want to be honest about ourselves.

ask your ppl who used to participated the war in 1960's, ask them where they were trained, where they get their weapon supply, where they get the food. I can assure your safety in vietnam right now becoz we dont need your lean soil and your poor ppl even you are begging us to take them for free
