let me explain to you why I dont think India would not be as strong as China in a long period

this is a real story told by my friend who used to study in US. 10 years ago. a destructive flood happend in my country, millions of people suffered, thousands die and the rest became homeless. the Chinese student union in the university organized a charity campaign for those victims, many people responded including students from India. Later, same tragedy happend in India, my friend asked one of the Indian student if they want to organize a similar campaign and the Chinese students will do a return favor. the Indian student said no, and she said no one care about the death in flood because the indians were ranked since they were born, and those who killed in the flood blongs to the lower ranks, so it has nothing to do with the higher ranking indians where she belongs to.
