Yes they can buy more players because they have the financial power. Thats your problem not theirs. A billionaire comes in and buys the club, feeds it millions of dollars to buy whoever they want, whatever coach they want, and throws away the players who do not play well after a first season. Chelsea can buy any player they want to no matter the cost. Can Juve do this? How about any other club? Clubs have tight budgets to work with and most of the time you cannot spend haphazardly.
Its not "buying titles" when you have to sell other good players in advance to raise money, making sacrifices because the money is not flowing out of your asshole. Abramovich buys Chelsea, and turns it into a total powerhouse after just one season. To me that is buying titles.
