Have you consulted with a HSV fan before making that statement?

I just don't believe that all these clubs, all or most of which have fairly intelligent business folks running them, would go through all of this trouble of signing contracts together and having JPM create a 6B heavy investment if they haven't run through all of the risks with each of their legal partners and financing entities. There's no way in hell they could be that stupid to go through all of this and say, well, maybe this isn't such a great idea after all. These clubs signed the contracts supposedly, and the only ones that haven't are Bayern (joined at the hip with FIFA/UEFA and have structural issues) and PSG. Maybe they'll use it for leverage, sure, but the intention is as clear as day. And I also can't imagine they haven't thought about the media and reputation angles either.

Come on, Man!
