I see what you did there. Although to go far in the CL you need to be very good and very lucky.
We were unlucky in the 2007 final with Inzaghi's bum beat us. Plus we get shit on in the EPL all the time by referees. Last season we got scored on by a beach ball. Sure we get some calls we shouldn't, but I'd say it's pretty even when compared to other teams.

Not like the amount of help Barca get, which I don't attribute to them being "cheats, or frauds". Every team has players that "cheat". I attribute it to the popular consensus that they are the best team in the world at the moment. Teams that are supposed to win every match tend to get more decisions in their favor, in any sport. It's like that saying "Don't hate the player, hate the game". The game that rewards cheating and has a bias toward the favored team.

No foreign team has won when MR.BUSACCA referees in Spain. The statistics proved it. Since 1999, out of 29 games he refereed in Spain, 22 games were won by Spanish, 7 draws, NIL victory for foreign clubs.
Maybe he just loves paella.

Alen, congrats- Best thread ever. +REP.

I hate those fuckers so much...and let me tell you something, all barca-haters brothers: It's even worse in Israel. Belive me. Everyone here is a Barca fan, people actually think they born in Catalunia. It's a nightmare. Last night, when Arsenal scored, the commentator in the Israeli channel, that supposed to be neutral, said:"Oh no, no no no!!It's in!! they scored". He almost cried last year when Inter qualified for the final and not Barca. I must stop here cause if i'll try to explain how much people in Israel love Barca and how must I hate them, it'll take like 4 pages and a lot of anger.

Oh, and two more words- Marcelo Zalayeta.

FUCK BARCA, FUCK MESSI

Barcelona are not Spanish
I'd consider them Spanish, based on geography. I was just wondering how many of the referee's matches were wins for Barcelona versus Spanish-based clubs in general. If his performance last night was directed from a love for football teams based in Spain rather than a direct love of Barcelona, then maybe our anger is misplaced or not spread enough. Instead of simply hating Barcelona it may be a larger entity that deserves our wrath, Spain.
