The fans say:

“We ask the owners to take serious action against the current Board of Directors, who are shaming us on the world stage and muddying 109 years of glorious history.”

and they are absolutely right! Fire these people immediately! They're businessmen and think accordingly, we need enthusiasts.

Heck, even Mancini is making some sense: “He took Juventus to promotion three rounds early despite a nine-point penalty. What more could they ask for? I think he has been very harshly treated.”

technically he quit, so i dont know what that idiot mancini is blabbering about. IMO Deschamps wanted to use the fans as leverage to get his way in recruiting, blanc and secco just didnt budget fully ready to weather the storm. i will wait to hear secco before crucifying him.

a voice of reason !!!:pint:

DD RESIGNED !!! No one threw him out the friggin' door

so, as far as I can tell, he didnt get his way on something (and none of us really know what goes on behind closed doors), and he bolted

what makes him any better than CRAPello ???

it was surprising but i think it is best for juve , thanks DD but i think Serie A needs lippi who i think he is on his way back.
i dont know why all are crying for DD , i mean ok the guy has done his job which is promotion to Serie A but all know that the managment wont juve to be back as champions , so LIPPI IS BACK

Heck -- I don't want Iaquinta and Mesto. Sounds like I actually agree with the Ultras this rare time.

This board has proven nothing to me this year other than they are naive pantywaists. I really do need some evidence to the contrary. Please!

the way i see it, and perhaps its not a very good perspective since there's no way i could've watched serie b anywhere this yr so i wouldnt know what juve is really like on the pitch - bottom line, deschamps got us our promotion, with 3 games to spare. he was the one who took on the job, and he was the one who achieved our goal. i dont know if he's the right person to lead us in serie a next yr or get a CL spot, but i darn well believe he is at least entitled to be given the chance. and wouldn't it be better to have him continue coaching us anyway, since he's already gotten to know the team for a whole year? throwing a new coach and a bunch of new players, and what you get is inter who had to resort to calciopoli to "win" a title.

well, dd left juventus, but i wouldnt say it was a one way street, the official statement said that "Juventus Football Club S.p.A. and Didier Deschamps have mutually terminated their contractual relationship that gave them both satisfaction, enthusiasm and success. The coach and the Club have recognized that the conditions necessary to continue their relationship with the same satisfaction are lacking, and therefore have decided to amicably separate" sounds like neither one would give in . and if the reports we've been reading prove to be true, i would side with deschamps. i think his opinion on the transfer strategy should count for much more since after all, he is the coach. just sounds like secco was being big headed and selfish.

but, as I said, i wouldnt know whats the real story. It's just sad, I had hoped that he would continue coaching us. it'd be interesting to see wht that Juve would've been like.

edit: might I add that I'd be damned if Iaquinta is one of our "hot signings"

Secco and Blanc are like two fresh faced yuppies who got the job based on their "academic" and business background rather than their footballing know-how and man management skills....it was indeed a shameful affair and lets c what they plan to do next...no1 less than Lippi will suffice and they BETTER sign some good players...and if Lippi does come I have the utmost confidence in him...the man can do anything..

me neither but knowing Lippi playing Iaquinta a bit in the world cup and taking a liking to him. i wouldnt be surprised if these signings where done through lippi while DD was still our coach. I think DD knew he was gonna get sacked so he took the chance to resign.

Bravo. Finally someone who refuses to go along with the masses. I've been saying it since hour 1: Deschamps wasn't fired.

Yeah, he quit , do you feel better now ?

When you realize that the current board leading Juve now are bunch of egocentric pricks ,what would you do ?

why do you make it sound like deschamps is pulling another crapello when that is clearly not the case? the BODs and deschamps couldnt reach an agreement, and obviously between those two deschamps had to go, resign or getting sacked, in this case it wouldn't have made the difference to the situation. and should the agreement they were trying to reach is regarding mesto and iaquinta, hell deschamps had more brains in that one. but those are just newspaper reports, wouldnt know what actually happened.

I think there has to be more to it than just these 2 players...DD would not throw away a dream opportunity to lead Juve in Serie A over those 2..there must have been some bad blood between those Secco and DD...and since DD successfully completed his part of the bargain Secco has to be the 1 to blame

“We believe in Deschamps. We believe that the club mistreated him and can only thank this man. He is the great Didi, a real man, professional and Juventino.

“We ask the owners to take serious action against the current Board of Directors, who are shaming us on the world stage and muddying 109 years of glorious history.”

The supporters also made it very clear they would not accept the return of Fabio Capello, who was rumoured to be making a comeback by the Spanish media.
