the problem is though through many games we won in spite of pinchface's tactics. europe was where capello was to eb judged and all we got was stale, outdated football and exits against teams we really should have beaten. capello's teams are set up to frustrate,to grind out results,to win games with teh minimum risk of conceeding a goal and while that makes him a good league coach it is frustrating to watch and leaves us with no chance in europe(when we get back)
i know, i explained in the next post that i was using Cap as an example to show ho much i dont want Lippi to come, but i still believe Cap is one of the better coaches in the game, and recently Real have been performing better

Capell was here for two seasons and won 2 scudetti. but apart from that, we can't keep going back to Lippi every time we are in trouble. Also, even though many people don't admit it, we were most successful under Capello, and he brought out the best in everyone, even del piero. By benching Del Piero, something which Lippi or any other coach would never have the balls to do, Cap brought out the best of Del Piero as he wanted to show that he wasn't finished and that he was good enough to play for us.
I disagree.

You say Capello was more successfull than Lippi. I won't compare the first era of Lippi because you can't be thinking straight if you think Capello was more succesful that Lippi then.

Lets compare 2001-2004 with 2004-2006
First Period Lippi was the coach, we had a financial problem, we did nothave enough money, Lippi wanted versious players which he could not get.
Results: 2 scudetti, 1 italian super cup (or was it 2, can't remember), 1 silver medal CL. 2 silver medals coppa italia.
The 2nd period saw Capello as a coach, we had ALOT of money from sponsers (TAMOIL, NIKE and TV rights) Capello got whoever he demanded
Results: 2 scudetti, failure in CL, failure in coppa italia, failure in super cup.

Del Piero scored alot for Lippi between 2001-2004. Mind you he got injuired badly during that period (in season 03-04). Nedved was at his best, Buffon at his best, tacchinardi at his best ..etc.

Capello did not bring back Del Piero. Del Piero was recovering from an injury. He brought himself back. Capello prevented the team from getting the benefit of Del Piero's return to fitness. Because of this stupidity we lost 2 CLs and Coppa italia.. Don't you remember?? Juve V Roma. Roma winning by 3 goals then Del Piero comes in and makes it 3-2. The return leg rather than putting Del Piero from the start he puts in Ibrahimovic who gets a red card and we get screwed.

How come no official statemny until now!! Management should be jumping up and down trying to clarify things for the fans out there, rather than recovering from last night's hangover!!! Grrrrrr!

this is really shit.. I am starting to lose faith in our management..

DD should have got his chance in A.. Even if I was never a big fan of him as a coach.

Juve, Deschamps rassegna le dimissioni
26 05 2007
Deschamps
Deschamps Grazia Neri

------------------------------------------

According to sports.it there has been a rift between DD and Blanc because of the possible agreement with fiorentina to sell Balza and Marchioni and getting Pasqual

Wouldn`t be a bad deal at all. We would have Chiellini and Pasqual for the left side and Brazzo plus Camo for the right side!

Would be a very ridicoulos reason for his resignment...

this is really sad, instead to be happy for coming back to serie A and start to plan for the future, our management does not show the respect to a coach with a bianconero heart.. and now may be we will get crap again... NOOOOOOO

I heard in sports.it that Lippi is close to sign for lyon. :(
