he was the best ahl goalie last season iirc. fleury will soon have to find another job. his salary cap will be a waste of space. we can't keep them both. the kid is awesome and must be played.

Yeah. Always liked his work ethic and drive. He's certainly not the most physically gifted athlete, but works so damn hard. That's always impressed me in athletes.
1993. Now that was magic. I was 9 years old, staying up past midnight for the games in LA. Desjardins hat trick, with his goal in OT, and then John Leclair and his 2 straight OT winners... Fuck, the entire 10 straight OT wins streak in the playoffs.
Best Stanley Cup run of all time, that year. Nothing comes close.
