on the paper montreal has a playoff team without a doubt..i think they need a coach...a bang for the organisation to wake up.

The Habs have a decent coach in Jacques Martin, the guy that did well with Ottawa during the regular season. They have some good individuals, certainly, but guys like Gionta and Gomez don't deserve such hefty contracts. The former has one because he scored 50 goals in one season, then took a backseat for the rest of his time with Jersey scoring mediocre points for his supposed class. Cammalleri is good and fairly young, but questions remain over him as well. And Gomez isn't somebody I'd want on Detroit either.

The saving grace for the Habs is their glut of good youngsters.

Gomez is a great passer, but if his only sniper is Brian Gionta, you got yourself a problem.
