Just because there are no rumours about defenders, doesn't mean the club aren't keeping an eye out for new defenders.

Yeah we have been good at this.. we neew a RB and a CB , and this is a problem we should take care of last mercato..

Grygera-Legro-Chiellini-Molinaro

Is a defence with one WC defender... Legro who is ok.. sometimes hes good sometimes hes terrible.. Mellberg is a nice backup as Legro should be.

So one very good CB is a must.. Zapata is my suggestion.. he has playing in serie a for some seasions now.. always impressed me.. the only bad thing with him is that he seems to be injured to much.

Grygera,Zebina(injured all the time) Molinaro,De Ceglie 4 Fullbacks

no one of these is WC .. I can accept Molinaro,De Ceglie because De Ceglie has potensial to be good. And Molinaro can improve.. but Grygera is just ok nothing more.. we need a Fullback who can push forward as Maicon,Evra..

So we should spend money on this before we think of other positions.

Secco has thinked more on other positions before.. but I hope we take care of this problem before we look at other positions.

Ofcourse we also need a player who can replace Nedved.. but for me this is as important

Actually, it does mean that!! That has been the case up until now, CR secco and co commented on our needs and new possible arrival and only seem to consider the need for more forwards and DMs.
There has never been any serious talks on any defenders. Legro and Molinaro ensured us for that.
We are bound to waste our summer transfer on the forward line, once again...
Milito or Cassano will be the case, we cant go any further, for many reasons.

For the defense, we will bring the new Stendardo/Knezevic, if a free Mellberg was about to arrive we would have known by now...

Secco doesnt thinks, he is unable to do that, not his fault really...
Yeah it seems so will be funny to see us if a rich arab toke over us and gave Secco all the power to buy a team..

Buffon

Grygera Legro Chiellini Molinaro

Essien Gerrard Xavi

CR7 Messi

Torres

this is how I believe Secco would think

The chances of us signing Cassano must be microscopic given the reported fee being asked by Sampdoria. Which is no bad thing. Obviously. The man is simply not good enough and €20m could be spent more sensibly by the club as we focus on the best possible candidates for the back four and the Nedved repacement.

As has already been mentioned, we will remain hamstrung by financial constraints that means that we will be outbid by richer clubs when it comes to likely auctions. So, as much as Trezeguet looks to beg the board to sign Ribéry, we will probably end up with a €12m/€14m Neddy relacement that has been identified from either Italy, Brazil/Argentina or the Balkans. That leaves another €25m or so to get the right stuff to strengthen the defence. This assumes that we raise finance from sales along the lines highlighted by Mark a couple of days ago in a post on this subject on one of the other transfer threads.

He had a friendly chat with Alex after the game, and even hugged Amauri.

In any case, it was a nice pass to Pazzini...
