I remember a certain Amauri doing the same last season:shifty:
yeah, i was thinking the same. it was as if he had a black and white shirt on. but he really was the best player in a rather helpless Samp team. Damn, I still can't believe it!

He has been fantastic so far this season. If Sampdoria had better finishers, he would have the most assists in serie a by a comfortable margin. I'm still skeptical about him at Juve, but for reasons others than his footballing ability, b/c he is great player.

He sure is, but he has never been at a club without causing problems. It would continue at Juve, I guess.......I wouldn't take the gamble.

Say what you like about his personality but he is a great player, and for a pretty small guy he holds the ball up so well and is a great outlet for Samp.

But, him at Juve? purely on his past and his weird antics I would say no.

Geez...non-ending story this really is.

Cassano

-very talented
-good vision
-very good technique
-friendly with our players :shifty:

but also

-bad attitude, likes to argue with players, coaches and everyone else
-cry baby
-allergic to bench
-not grateful

If he can change the last 4 things he would be a really good player. If he still wants to act like an idiot he should retire in Samp.

I would suggest that the comment isn't far of the mark, though.

Cassano does, finally, seem to be maturing.
It's true but it's funny. And I would still like to see him in some big club to make sure of that because he doesn't have any compatition in Sampdoria.I still don't know if he'd mind warming the bench.

Anyway...getting him would mean rotation with Del Piero because he's not getting any younger and taking his place in a few years. It's not so easy to handle,I mean,it's Del Piero.

Cassano was, is, will be class. We should have signed him as a teenager.

He'll need a manager to handle him though. Ranieri is sure to use him wisely, bringing him off the bench when we fall behind for the last ten minutes.

here's another player that inter ruined

for those of you who were too young to remember, cassano became famous when at, something like 18 years old, he scored a goal for bari, playing against inter

I think we could have signed Cassano the moment we came back to A but we decided not to. We needed to stabilize the squad before bringing more rage into it. Now that we are a stable unit a player like Cassano would not be able to cause trouble, on the other hand he will continue to mature.
