There's different types of 'studs'. There's the metallic ones for soft ground, rubber ones for firmer ground and there's also blades, which I don't trust because they don't look as stable, they make me think i'm gonna skate across the grass on them...

I've got indoor boots, and only the top really makes them look like footy boots. Underneath, they're just tiny little rubber studs. I love my indoor boots, I spray-painted them gold :eek::thumb::p

I don't really think it'd give you back problems, maybe the soles of your feet would get a bit sore, but i hardly think that having even metal studs on concrete surfaces would put much pressure on your back, unless you walk around slouched all the time :undecide:

Actually, studs on a hard surface are very bad for the knees. If you ever played on hard(er) grounds with shoes that have metal studs (like I have) you would have felt much more pressure on your knees. I have no problems with my knees tho :)

wow really? my knees are screwed up because i used to dance flamenco a lot and that dance makes your knees bad.


should i use those shoes anyways?
