How do you feel about the Lebron GOAT claim multiplying :D
Congrats to all you Lakers Fuccbois :p

I genuinely feel happy for @KB824 He's a good man, and I hope he's doing well. We hope to see you back here ASAP.

Embarrassing performance by the Heat - I honestly stopped watching late in the 2nd. Credit where credit is due tho - dominant performance by The Lakers, and Lebum was switched on. AD is a beast, and if he can stay injury free, he's definitely in the convo for MVP next season.
I wAnT mY dAmN rEsPeCt
That guy is so insecure about himself and that's why he will forever be chasing the ghost from Chicago. You earn it not freaking ask for it

Btw guys, big news, after 2 decades, Mr Houston Rockets, the ultimate nerd dabbling into basketball with his little analytics calculator, Darel Morey, has stepped down as GM. Kinda expected it, but huge deal still, since he has been there so long and their whole identity has been MoreyBall, hard to reshape this veteran small ball team built just to shoot corner 3s, with Morey and Mr Pringles gone. They have no assets to rebuild with it too (since they foolishly traded picks past years, last being 2 picks to get that moron Westbrook).

Also now that the season is over, here's some juicy next months NBA draft trade speculation, in this case Minny's nr 1 pick:

I've been told Minny has up to 12 teams who have given them offers for 1st overall. I was told Indy was by far the most interested but was declined as they only want to move one of Turner or Sabonis and that's it. Minny would like Warren and one of them. Indy is willing to trade Warren/Oladipo but Minny wants assurance on Dipo which will not happen and Indy sees Warren as a main piece.

Minny wants a pick swap with a top 8 team and a 2021 lightly protected 1st like Atlanta got from Dallas. I was told, no one was interested. Minny offered Atlanta the pick for a pick swap and Hunter and was quickly declined and they did the same for Kevin H and was quickly declined as Atlanta had no interest in trading anyone in their core. Atlanta did counter with Bruno and #6 and was declined. As of right now, i am told a sitting offer of 1st/James Johnson for #6 and OKC 1st 2022 is the standing offer. They tired the same with NY. Wanted Robinson/#8 for #1 and was declined. NY offered 8/27 for 1st overall as a standing offer.

Most of the teams who have made a standing offer with Minny are drafting outside of the top 10 and are playoff level teams. I was told that the target of that pick varies. I was told, none of the offers are really that attractive and that Minny is hoping a team will fall in love with a prospect and move up as we get closer to the draft. He thinks they will try to go back to Indy to really do a deal as Indy has the best package on the open market. I asked if Minny does just move back, which deal do they like more, ATL or NY. He said he doesn't know but he thinks Atlanta willingness to take on money could swing the pendulum to Atlanta.

He is confident CP3 will end up either in Philly or New York and even more confident NY will get a PG in the draft, via trade or FA. This is why NY isn't hard on moving up to get Ball. They have options. I did asked what would Atlanta do if they landed #1, and he said they will likely flip it. There are some extremely attractive rentals on the open market and this might make Atlanta think about getting one of them considering where they want to go as an org without trading a core piece. No, Giannis is not available, FYI.

Oladipo has the most active market, although the value isn't great in return and he thinks this will open the flood gates for future trades. A lot of contenders and a couple pretenders want Oladipo BAD!

Real poor value for the pick currently, but it will probably improve when teams get desperate closer to it, and trade machinery opens up possilities. I expect our GM Rossas to trade it really (either trade down, or trade outright for quality players), no college ball played all year, so hard to scout, and theres glaring red flags on the biggiest guard talents in Edwards and Ball. The talent that feel most sure fire thing, Wiseman, is a center, like Kat...

@ALC Get at your boy Elton Brand to OK the trade already ;)

I keep seeing trade speculation of one of Embiid or Simmons being traded to GSW. That team would go from lottery straight to one of the favourites for the title with either trade, assuming Steph and Klay are back to 100%. Embiid or Simmons with those two lights out shooters would be fire. Speculation was #2 pick, Minny pick, Wiggins, and either Looney or Paschall.

Can’t see the 76ers doing it though. Not after just hiring Doc. I see them running it back one more year with those two. Seeing if he can make it work.

Also, speculation on Lakers getting Oladipo for Kuz, Green and his expiring deal, our late first rd pick, and other random pieces.

Would be amazing, but not a chance it happens.

No way GSW getting Simmons or Embiid, Elton Brand would be TORCHED by the whole league  But if someone is leaving, it will defenitely be Simmons yeah. And he would be perfect for GSW indeed, or us. They have Minny 2021 pick to dangle with that may push it there way. But then again as soon as they offer Wiggins as salary ballast, Philly should be aborting QUICK QUICK.

Oladipo is HEAVILY speculated to every where, every contender and even rebuilding teams. But wether he can be allstar level after injury and no willingness from his part to commit to re-signing to some teams who want to trade for him (dont think LA would have that issue) are the main two factors. The former lowers his value to the kind of garbage you say LA is offering :D Every team coming with low ball offers. Can you imagine his stuck falling so much, that Minny want him as 3rd option piece from Indy, Minny first and 2nd choices are Turner/Sabonis and Warren. And the latter, refusing to confirm to re-sign to the trade destinations, is his way to control his destination to a contender.

He will be the biggiest most talked about trade possibility coming months. Will be interesting to see what happens, he can go anywhere from to you guys, Bucks, Raptors, Mavs etc.

I can’t see Indiana trading him just down the road to the Bucks, but stranger things have happened I suppose. Would be very curious to see him on the Mavs with Luka and KP. They could probably package something around Tim Hardaway Jr. A healthy, returned to form Oladipo would be perfect complement to those two. That team would jump to instant championship contender imo.

Simmons would likely do the same for you if you can fill out the roster well. KAT, Simmons, D’lo. Quite the three-headed monster, and all young. Would be a beast in years to come. Poor Philly. I mean, they really had no choice but to draft those two. But Simmons inability or lack of desire to develop a jump shot/3 is really problematic.

And maybe we even get CP3 on a vet min, that team would be unstoppable.

I’d mortgage the future for a championship, easy decision

For CP3 to go on vet minimum, OKC would need to buyout his insane contract. Which they won't ever do because they have no reason to. And if it happend he would quickly move to LA teams.

First of all, yes we can.

Second of all, Harden with Embiid and Simmons can definitely win the chip
You think you can get Harden without giving up Simmons? Wtf?

And you think Harden and cp3 will play together again, you are truly in la la land

we have morey. The rockets are in a shit spot right now and don’t intend to challenge for any titles. They’ll be fine with Tobias Harris trade and a couple random picks.

Wait a fucking minute, you think tobias harris can get you Harden? Jesus christ. Even with Simmons they will tell you to gtfo and demand all your future picks. But you think tobias "bootleg J.Cole" Harris will get you an mvp?
