who da fok id Dino?
The banner CIAO DINO is there in the honour of a great Juve fan by the name of Dino who died.

so the players have a stash of jerseys at home!?
Yeah. I once saw an interview with Rafael van der Vaart (mind you, he's only 20). He showed us a closet FULL of jerseys. One was from Shevchenko, an other from Henry. Some jerseys of Eredivisie teams he had thrown away though :D

That's pretty cool, i didn't know they get to keep them.

Anyone see the story of Scarborough's keeper Leigh Walker getting Cudicini's jersey signed, only to have his mother wash it off?

"My mum threw the shirt in the washing machine when I got home on Saturday night because it was caked in mud. So Carlo's autograph has been washed out of his jersey - which is a real sickener."

    Poor guy

Well there you go, as a player you never need to buy a shirt ever again. :D

AND they're all authentic and have been worn! Busted for tax fraud? You can always sell your shirts on ebay to recoup funds ;) If only Tomba had been a footballer..

Perhaps the players wash them and hang them for memory... "this shirt Ze Roberto gave me three years ago after a semifinal game"...

I wonder what percentage of players actually throw the jerseys away

    Question.

    1. Udinese 0-2 Juventus, 5th May 2002 where we won our 2nd scudetto. The fans swarmed the pitch and practically stripped our players. it seems that the authorities did nothing, what happens to the fans and all? Is the situation left like that?

    2. If two players gets physical with each other, do they usually apologize to each other, hold grudges or leave it as it is?

    3. Doesn't Nicola Amoruso minds his practically future-bro-in-law is more popular than he is? :D

    i like Question 3 :D

    1. i dont think they can fine thousands of fans.. they won't know who's who.. it's not strange in serie A to see that at the end of the season.

    2. all cases are possible

    3. he'd better not mind... even if he does mind, i dont think he could do jack shit about it

    1. I don't think they care, everyone's in party mode so they just let it go

    2. It depends on the players. If it's Del Piero and anyone, they'll get over it the next minute. If it involves Roy Keane, probably not.

    3.

In Holland it's all about getting even. For instance, Mark van Bommel tackled Van der Vaart of Ajax a couple of weeks back. The latter was substituted so a teammate of his gets revenge by tackling Van Bommel a while later.

Getting even and earning respect. You can tackle me, but I will give it back to you.
