I think our friend Snoop here is using Google or Babel Fish :D

The problem with that argument is that you are not offended by anything, whereas others are. I would say the majority are, and therefore there has to be some fair moderation to ensure you don't offend others.

I agree it does seem ok to laugh about Jew-Boys and the holocaust, Christ and Women bashing, alas.
Its not ok to laugh at the holocaust, not at all. I won't speak of others, but i personally have never laughed at something like this. What would be the difference between us and them if we laughed at their miseries?

Oh common. First of all you keep using that incident as a yard stick when we very well know that the Seven issue goes years and years back. This is exactly what Sky News was doing when poor Israel was 'forced' to invade Lebanon a couple of years ago. But just to make it clear: That argument was between B. and Seven but since Seven couldn't defend his arguments anymore he decided to do what he always does: insult Muslims.

You are all a bunch of hypocrites you know. Seven posts a picture of Prophet Muhammad with a bomb on his head and everyone goes "look what Seven posted Ha-ha-ha-ha oh my God Seven you are so funny" or Seven says "all Muslims are crazy Jihadis bent on killing everyone" and everyone goes "wow seven you are so intelligent, we love you" but I make a comment (with no intentions) about Serbians and genocide and everyone is fucking appalled.

Double standards.
So fucking true, hypocrisy at its best.

If Seven instead posted an avatar of the Pope with a bomb on his head, would you have cared?

I have a hard time imagining that so much controversy would have been sparked if he did that, even despite there being several Christians on the forum.
If the Christians were offended by it, i would completely understand their POV and be against such an avatar.

What's not to understand? Seven is a member who rides the tightrope almost all the time he's on the forum, leading to constant discussion about whether he should be banned.

Tahir is a MODERATOR about whom, needless to say, it has never been debated whether or not he should be banned.

If a policeman beats up a citizen it's a far more serious offense than a citizen beating up another citizen. Must one really explain such basic things to you? Stop being obtuse.
Cut the crap already, you guys aren't jumping on his back because he said it as a moderator, you would have had the exact same reaction had he been a normal member. If i said the same thing, would the reaction have been different?

Don't pretend it will.

Penis enlargement device. Why do you ask? ;)
I still remember that time when i had a complete conversation with Tahir in Swedish, and he really believed i spoke the language

Of course it would have. It may not make any difference to you who's moderator but I ran this joint so yes I have certain strong opinions on what is and is not fitting for a moderator, after all for the longest time I was recruiting moderators myself and giving them instructions.

Now if you're asking if it would be acceptable if he said that as a regular member, the answer is still no. But again we're comparing a member who's constantly on the verge of a ban with one who's never even been in trouble. You don't preach to a drug dealer about dealing drugs who's been in and out of jail for 20 years, you lock him up. He's had a chance, he didn't take it. But with a first time offender it serves the greater good if you do try to talk him out of it.

Maybe if you weren't so married to the idea that we purely insist on bashing Tahir for no reason at all you would see the whole thing more clearly.

First and foremost this is a football forum, if you guy's want to go and argue about religion then go and join a fucking religion forum, this whole thing is absolutely pathetic, including Seven and the people who provoked him.

I don't get the main point here.

Apart from implying that we're hypocritical, what is it that you're saying? If we jump on you and Tahir and we don't jump on Seven, what would be the reason for that? It's not because you're Muslim, right?
Or if you and Andy say something and we jump on you but we don't jump on Seven. Why would we do that?
Is it because we like Seven and we don't like you?
Or is it because we secretly all agree with Seven but don't have the guts to say what he says?

What is it? What according to you would be the reason some people jump on Tahir and don't jump on Seven. Make yourself clear.

I wholeheartedly agree. I'll never understand exactly how religion got so popular here anyway. People enjoy provocative subjects I suppose.

Gentlemen, this whole kasha-malasha can be solved easily:
Seven gets unbanned, and all Muslims put him on the ignore list - PROBLEM SOLVED.
Out of sight, out of drama. Simplicity is beautiful.
