because I think Fred is going to be whacked tonight by either 1 of 2 families (assumed he is a detective) or by 1 (assumed he is G) so he is a dead person to me, no need to lynch him.

We lynch the person, whatever he is. I will tell you the exact role, if i get it wrong once, i'm fucked, but i won't get it wrong. Every day i will choose who i investigate in public, and make it known before the investigation happens, then when the day ends i will reveal the result.

There is another alternative, which is the BG protects me, and we don't lynch anyone till i get a G, but i'm not sure how patient you guys will be with me. Though if you think of it, when we don't lynch a C, its always bad for the G's, but that might be too risky.
I am open to suggestions as to how i can prove that i am the D.

So long as the BG is cooperative, even without revealing his role.

if you're the detective why the hell would you do what fred did? it only makes sense from a G perspective, at teh very least get teh real D to reveal himself or keep fooling the C's if the D is inactive.

If i were you Deneb, i would still try and whack me you never know, the BG might be someone inactive or someone really stupid. So its still a big risk on my part, if your the lord you can give out the whack order from now, if your not, then you can tell the lord on your team to do it, because if you think of it, its worth the risk.

Even if you turn out to be a lawyer or jailer i will divulge your role, because in all cases the G's will spy on the investigation already.

How could possibly Fred know your role today (considering you'll be the investigated one as he's implying), and confirm it before your lynch, if he wasn't the real D?
