Molinaro is worse than Grygera, but yeah replace both.
I believe both should be replaced eventually, agreed. However, I consider Grygera more of a liability. Molinaro is not the most skilful player but he's learning to cope with his weaknesses, and he knows how to use his strengths such as his agility, pace and quick feet (when defending) to his benefit. This allows him to shut down most quick and technical players on a good day.

Grygera is average in every aspect of his game. He outruns and outmuscles some players, but is beaten by superior ones. You know what you get from him, although recently he's been a roller coaster with his awful passing and positioning.

He's Birindelli-like, while Molinaro is more of a Zebina. Not in terms of playing style, but rather the level of performance. Nowadays Zebina's more appreciated, but remember what we thought of him pre-Calciopoli? He was the scape goat of the team.

Also (sorry for double posting but I just thought of this)...the board is ALWAYS so eager to rubbish reports that the club will be buying someone...now that we are missing two more players to injury we are in serious trouble defensively. I am surprised the board hasn't come out with a statement saying that " even though we are idiots and didn't buy anyone again, we still are not going to the transfer market". Usually they are quick to end rumors with such statements, but I haven't seen any statements from club officials now saying they still wont be buying anyone...keeping my fingers cross!

so you would rather we have Shay Given instead of Gigi Buffon?
Hell no i love GiGi..
He is the best goal Keeper in the world and will continue to be for some years however my question is
"what is the usage of having the best Goal Keeper in the world if you do not have the proper defense to support him, the proper offense to retaliate to goals?"

I mean Real Madrid have Casillas... but their crappy defense results in him conceding shit loads of goals. We have the same problem.
The difference is that their management admits it and they go to the market and buy players to fix it. We don't... we leave buffon at the back and leave him to get hanged by our defensive mistakes.

Unless we have the defensive support to protect GiGI's net.. there is no point in having him in the squad.
Since our club never buys any players and is as cheap as fuck.. maybe we should have sold gigi for the 100 mill and buy us 3 A class players. Kinda like the Zidane= (Nedved+ Buffon) thing.. that turned out to be a good deal.
Zidane was a legend, zidane was sold.. we bought two young players that became legends too. Lets do that again.

We have the proper defence and the proper offence...teams go through lean periods of form, it is just a coincidence that Buffon is the GK when those periods were/are happening...we will be absolutely fine...the WHOLE team needs to get back its focus, not just individual members of the team/management

I never blame gigi for our problems...
i blame marchionni,nedved, molinaro, grygera
Those need to be replaced... not 4 at the same time but we should buy like 2 players every transfer window and integrate till we get a great squad again.
if the purchase of players MUST come on the expense of Buffon's departure i'd sell buffon (ONLY IF WE BUY RIBERY LEVEL PLAYERS IN REPLACEMENT)
