Right now, our Serie A hopes are over. We have to go as far as possible in CL and I see us getting schooled in Stamford Bridge and the Olimpico if our strongest back line will consist of Grygera, Mellberg, Legrottaglie and Molinaro. We see how crappy Legro looks when he doesn't have Chiellini's quality next to him.

I don't know who would be available that is real quality. Zapata is unrealistic at the moment, Santacroce is also and would be a great risk. What about a defender from one of those non-CL EPL teams, Valencia, or the Ligue?
like i said the cricket should have planned aahead in the summer

sadly we dont have much choice as far as getting someone new, but as a team we can improve and its all up to the coach to make that happen, proof: look at cagliari

It's hard to get a good defender now (or any other player) now in January.Even if they don't play in CL their priority is to keep them and help them reach their goals.

Unless it's some crazy money we're talking about...something we don't have.

So,now we can just get some average player I think.

Realistically i dont think we will sign anyone. Too late. Poulsen or Ariaudo will play CD.

It's not late if we do want to sign someone. :)

Ariaudo can't really play in CL IMO.

Legro-Mellberg partnership can be decent but we don't have anyone else.Don't know if we want to reley on Poulsen to play there because a few times we played Ariaudo instead.

please, for the love of everything that is holy, sign Eboue.

I can't stand watching Grygera and Melberg play RB. Atleast molinaro pushes forward even if he is still poor. Grygera and Melberg + Marchionni kill our right side offense completely. Eboue would give us some good width there.

He was rebored under Mourinho in charge.
He had two great seasons under Mancini, one poor one and now another great one. People judged him after the poor season, and the fact that he was an "Interista". Zlatan was a "Juventino" but they bought him anyway, and now he's their symbol.

No,don't get me wrong.I didn't mean he sucked and now he's great.I think he was pretty good for Inter but especially this season where I see him as one of their main players and where he was amazing.
