There were rumors about Fiorillo last summer but no news at all in Italy about it. BS?
Yeah, checked everywhere, and nothing about him being a done deal...

Annoying, but lets hope they just have an inside scoop. Fiorillo is still just a youth player, so it wouldnt be major news to be reported everywhere.

I dont think its all BS simply because these sights make up rumours, but they dont usually say this or that player has been officially signed lightly.

I don't see the point in signing Olic, particularly given that it would spell the end of either Trez or Iaquinta.

I shall remain sceptical on this rumour until I hear more.

For the German types out there, how reliable is Kicker?

Yup.

When Diaby isn't playing Arsenal really struggle
.

Nice, was about to say he is prolly just another Ali Karimi, meaning all about the flair and tricky dribbling, but without any end product. But then saw him actually not just passing even only once (all you need to be NOT like Karimi), but creating alot in general.

That Man U bit was funny, him and his teammates played well, but its funny the Man U players were really playing like they were paid to NOT try to stop them whatsoever
Credit where its due

But nay, he aint nothing like Karimi, he's actually a playmaker.

armand traore? young, quick, defensively perhaps not the greatest but looks a damn sight more intelligent than molinaro in terms of their play and thinking in game
Traore is all hype, i never understood the fuss about him. He never impressed me when i saw him. He's so terrible defensively i doubt he'll ever make it as a fullback. As a winger, he doesn't have the end product to become successful in midfield.

dont usually get the chance to watch portsmouth, and neither will that change, but whats belhadj like? looked impressive against milan or was that just a flash in a pan kind of game?

No he's been consistent for them this season. In fact he's been on a rise for 3 years now. Getting better by the game. If you dig up the Ligue thread from last year i said he was one of the best fullbacks of the Ligue. His downside though is he is too rash and leaves a lot of spaces behind. But offensively he's a fuckin beast.

IN fact this year for pompey, Traore is the left back while Belhadj is the winger. Good thinking from Redknapp/Adams, if what you say is accurate

Olic rumours rubbished
Thursday 4 December, 2008
Croatian striker Ivica Olic won't be joining Juventus, according to his agent Gordon Stipic.

There were reports in German newspaper Kicker that Juve were preparing to start negotiations for the Hamburg player, whose contract expires next summer.

Tuttosport even claimed that a contract worth around £2m per year had been proposed and agreed.

“Olic to Juventus? That's not true,” agent Stipic told Goal.com.

“I think there has been a small understanding maybe through German newspaper Kicker.

“I said that no decision has been made about Ivica's future and that we will make a decision around Christmas time.

“I haven't received an offer from Juventus and I'm not sure where all these rumours are coming from - I think the Italian papers have misunderstood the situation.

“To be honest I had a laugh with Ivica when we read the news, but no contract has been discussed.”

Thank you God!

Is it time that Channel 4 was banned as well?

Quoting Goal.com is a new low.

Badass is right, its the other way around.

Redknapp tried Belhadj as a winger and Traore as fullback at the start of the season, but he didnt stick with it.

Last time i watched Portsmouth, i'm sure Belhadj was the winger, its been a while though, one of the first Adams' games in charge i think
