Na I'm fine with it, just happened once or twice but when it does its annoying as hell.

I think that it should be modified to:

0 to 999 posts, 60 sec.

1000 to 2499, 45 sec.

2500 to 4999, 30 sec.

5000 to 9999, 15 sec.

After say 10000, change it to 5 seconds, or not at all.

Because if the point is to stop spaming, then persons who wish to spam are not going to wait around to like 1000 or 5000 posts to be able to do it.
