The 'I am sick of the 60 second rule' thread (1 Viewer)

Should the "60 seconds between posts" rule be modified/removed ??

  • Yes, it's a pain in the butt ocks

  • It should be modified to 45/30 seconds

  • It should be adjusted according to the number of posts a member has

  • No, it prevents spamming and makes people think (somewhat) before they post

well it used to tick me off... i think it shuld be taken off when there are matches on and there are people posting updates i mean it gets annoying then .. in any other situation you can wait a couple of minutes..

What kind of a postaholic do you have to be to constantly clash with the 60 second rule? :D With 60 seconds in between posts, you can rack up 1440 posts a day and that's not enough for you? :howler:

On another forum I go to, depending on the members each has a different flood control.

The staff have 0 seconds, some have 30 seconds, some have 45 and others have 60 seconds
Like anyone's gonna believe that :D All mods bypass the restrictions ;)
