Do you know what estimate means?

Your argument was, "China's economy is the largest in the world, period."

The problem is actually part of what you're arguing. China's economy is growing too rapidly, and what's going to happen is the bubble is going to burst. On top of that, they have a fiat currency which doesn't truly float, they buy and sell it themselves on the open market to counterfeit its true value.

Yea, given the continuing trends over the past five or ten years, yea, maybe. Let me stress maybe but there is nothing which proves they will be able to sustain their level of output. Even if they could, at what cost? Their citizenry and workforce as a whole are living in some of the worst living conditions on the planet.

Also, if you are arguing their economy is great "because it's communist," which I don't know if you are, that's a dumb argument as they are essentially capitalist. That's something you can't argue.
And yet he will.

That's the key - the evolution of communism in china has done amazing job, maybe sooner or later they will realize that their citizens deserve to have a rights on freedom of speech, press and internet of course, and their reforms after Mao's death in economy sector were supergood, unfortunately soviet leaders were too stupid to understand that economic liberalization will help a lot to your economy, we really had very poor leaders - Brezhnev, Gorbachev, Eltsyn :sergio: and even now fucking autocratic son of a bitch Putin :sergio:

This has turned into a round-table where a bunch of philosophers ask questions to Hodor from Game of Thrones.

The Six Miracles of Socialism

1. There's no unemployment, but nobody actually works.

2. No one works, but everyone gets paid.

3. Everyone gets paid, but there's nothing to buy with the money.

4. No one can buy anything, but everyone owns everything.

5. Everyone owns everything, but no one is satisfied.

6. No one is satisfied, but 99% of the people vote for the system.

@ZoSo was walking to a bar and on his way he found a girl tied up to the railroad tracks. He untied her and they had sex. Then he gets to the bar, @Bianconero_Aus ask why he's so late, he tells about the girl he found and all the different positions they fucked in. Friends give him props and ask if he got head, guy replies "I couldn't find it."

At least capitalism doesn't pretend to be something else. You get what you see. With soviet communism well it's a bit different.

I'm by no means for capitalism, but to imply that soviet communism was better then globalism is crazy.

As an economy I think there is no point even to start a debate here. One could argue that globalism is a moral deathbed, but then again soviet communism was all smokes and mirrors, the only idea which was actually important was the idea of commie party.

Both are not perfect, but the soviet communism was really something special.
