there is always a danger when cooking yourself though sarah. i always cook, every day,i always make things from scratch and trust me it is the best way to go. the problem is though, you tend to have larger portions of food you make yourself and you always make too much...well at least i do

last night i made a lovely paella, my GF took some to work, i am eating it for lunch, i handed some up to my sister and i know that there will still be enough left over that will go to my dog. he eats better than most eastern europeans lol:oops:

lol BOZI, teach me! i'm useless, i need to impress a woman with my cooking, not make her throw up :pumpkin:

spot on, i know whats good for u blah blah, but my meals are the most boring things in the world, i need to be a bit more exciting when it comes to this, also i'm one of those people who can just make the same things over again, porridge, grilled chicken, fish, eggs and fruit an veg everyday is quite alright with me everyday

i make tremendous hommous, used to have to make about 4kg a week of it:sick:

but tbh it is one of the things i tend to buy in out of laziness
Me too, but it is a lot of work.

I lost my sense of hummous.

    Sorry about that.
