for sure,i love doing taht but i always marinade the chicken in red pesto first tehn stuff it,wrap it and cook it........tasty stuff


MC i would say that you can have a meaty paella,chicken,chorizo,serrano ham,etc but the fish really makes the dish! the great thing with this is that it cooks with teh rice,you dont have to worry too much about it apart from ensuring the rice does not stick on the bottom

i have tons of recipe's mate,some mines,some i "borrowed" but depends what you like

I'm going to try the paella with salmon tomorrow evening. Hopefully it goes well

I know I had some Burek but I think I've had that before somehwere else. I ate a lot of food in Croatia that I could not even tell you the name of lol. If I saw pictures I could identify it . All the food though I had was pretty good.
