Marcello Lippi.

Won scudetti as regularly as Inter fail, during a time, when Italy's league was considered to be the best, strongest and most competitive in world football. Three consecutive champions league finals to complement domestic success proved a level of domination that's convincing as it is impressive. Sacchi had his time no doubt, but the quality of his men far outclassed Lippi's teams on paper. Marcello's understanding of the game, flexibility and in game strategy distinguish him from the likes of Alex Fegusson, whose career has been equally illustrious, no doubt. Save for a world cup trophy, but then again, that doesn't come into play.
