legro was never a class defender... he was just big and strong and slow and dumb

No to Panucci plain and simple

both players are not Juve quality

i really can't see this rumour becoming fact

Roma coach fancies Juventus stopper Legrottaglie
tribalfootball.com - October 28, 2004

AS Roma coach Gigi del Neri is keen to bring Nicola Legrottaglie to the capital from Juventus.

Juve trainer Fabio Capello doesn't regard Legrottaglie as first team material and would be happy to move on the ex-Chievo stopper.

A swap deal is being mooted, with Del Neri prepared to send Christian Panucci to Turin in exchange for Legrottaglie.

Panucci has been frozen out since Del Neri's arrival at Roma and his high wages are also weighing heavily on the club's budget.

I hope it will not happen

Legro for cash is cool with me, but wtf do we want Panucci for? :wallbang: I'd much sooner keep Legro, thank you very much :)

It's funny though, Panucci seems to be Capello's favourite player in the world. He's followed Cap everywhere, from Milan to Real to Roma. The funny thing is that he's argued with Capello everywhere he's gone too.

capello would take panucci imo.he's followed him everywhere.
And let Panucci be a bench warmer. I rather don't agree to this swap.

Panucci, pls stay at Rome.
