You actually make a pile, as horrible as he and few others are being, they are forced into making individual runs or rushed dribbling to get out of pressure because no one knows how to find other and attack as group. You have Sandro trying dribbler his way from left to center through 4 players because there is no combination or build up plan. Just instant pressure and little clue how to get out of it.
Yeah it was awful idea to start with Barzagli, he actually kills off Cuadrado alot more cuz he hasn't made a single overlapping run or attempt to help him out offensively.
We need to get rid of this shit formation NOW, we do NOT have the midfield to play it, we have no control and get cut open every time, it needs to be switched
