watch all your predictions fail:
I would rather see my predictions fail and would be delighted if that were to happen and me being wrong about Tutor and Cumolli. But what's up with you jerking off to rando's throughout the summer tho. Dem Sancho exchanges were pretty hilarious. Do you still hold him in high regard?

O’riley is legit, i remember being mad when it looked like he was headed to atalanta a year or two ago. Hes definitely worth 30M, I’d argue its even a bargain.

Sancho: 15 goals+assists in 2,400 minutes

Nico: 9 in 2,300

serie A is made for him. He will ball.
short memory, was one of the best players in Europe, I remember one season he had something like 40 goal contributions. Chico could never. And he’s still only 25.
So the boniface deal is off, swap vlahovic for alphabet
Get Pedro Felipe to the first team.

Deme looks intriguing too, especially since he plays a position of need.
I like Aguerd and i prefer CBs to be on the older side. Hes also left footed so maybe hopefully he replaces Kelly.

yeah, at least he’s not twerking for other Italian teams like Vlahovic. He’s got standards.

Some of the comments here are quite contradictory. When we didn’t move for Kolo, people asked why we weren’t making a move. Now that we’re close to signing him, the question becomes why we’re paying 60–70 m.

The reality is that the transfer market is inflated—every player is valued at least 20 million more that they have value. Kolo was very good for us, and it’s worth remembering that Liverpool are paying around 120 million for players like Isak and Wirtz.

Getting both Kolo Muani and Zeghrova at the last moment would be pretty nice tbh, but should be accompanied by at least one wingback and preferably an additional LCB too, but still any of them would be better than nothing either way.

Liverpool buy Wirtz for 120M because they can sell the likes of Diaz for 80M

Why is it that only JJ cannot take advantage of this inflated market and sell players for a higher value? Even 9th place Milan sold some of their surplus players for pretty good sums.

What would you say if we just terminate Vlahovic's contract and hand him over to Milan for free?

Look, i understand the complaints if we were to pay something closer to +80M or above on Kolo Muani but we clearly started negotiations on the wrong foot back in January by not including a clause and now PSG had probably other teams ready to outbid us and only the player’s insistence to return here made it possible for us to even get him for this much via a loan+obligation formula…. but anyway can’t help but laugh a bit at those who worry so much if its’s a few mils minus or extra on a rather necessary deal… ffs we as fans should just focus on our team strengthening and having a better squad that is ready to compete, so i could’t care less if we get Kolo for €60M or €70M at this stage, we’re still not going to spend it more wisely somewhere else.

So is he going to play instead of David? or Yildiz or Chico?

Listen, I llike Muani, I think he is a good player, for the rigth ammount he would be an amazing signing, but he is nowhere near a 70M + 7M salary worth player.
How many games are they all going to play? If we play like 50 games and share them between the 4 of them, they'll be run into the ground. That's about 37 games each...

I wouldn't count any money for the loan because that -first of all- included the salary and -secondly- wasn't a payment for the contract he'll be getting now.

The thing is we're not in a place to buy anyone better. Kolo Muani is the best we were getting from the very start and it looks like we're getting him. Be happy and onto the next hopefully.

The answer is very simple.

We've been told that Juventus doesn't have the money to spend on signings, so overpaying for a player like Kolo Muani and making him the highest-paid player on the team is an unnecessary luxury.

Livepool has money, and overpaying for a player like Writz is a luxury they can afford...

As I said, my problem isn't Kolo Muani. I think he's a good player, but for the same price we're paying for Kolo, we could bring in two or three players to fill the necessary spots on the team.

Shoot: which 2-3 players would you bring this season with only 10 mil to spend on the loans and 6/maybe 7 mil on their salaries in total? Starting calibre players?

tbf, we dont know what else they have planned. I’d be surprised if Kolo was the only move between now and the deadline. If it is, that’s a big mistake. But we don’t know.

That (Kolo, RWB and Zhegrova) would be a great ending to a rather stale mercato.

If it goes accompanied with selling Vlahovic, nice. Need to cut out the players that don't really want to be here (anymore).

So just because we are paying 10m on the initial loan the deal is fine? We are goona pretend we are not going to pay 50M more? Im sorry but thats very shortsighted...

Just at the top of my mind, we could have negociate Kalimuendo from Rennes and Hancko from PSV for 60M... thats a good sub for David and a very solid defender.

If Comolli could not find the solutions for this team and his answer is overpay for Kolo Muani then Comolli is the problem.

Pretend we don't pay it? No.

But you said the money allocated would pay for 2-3 players now and we're only spending 10 million now. Math is math and we're not spending 60 million because we simply can't. So every big deal we make must be a loan + obligation / option and only a few teams play along with this crap. We tried that for Hancko by the way....

Next season is a different story as UEFA is finally off our back plus another capital increase is expected. So we might or might not any longer have financial trouble then. They know, we're guessing.
