We talked to Mertens 4 days ago. :mombly:
A freebie in front could join. So him or Belotti.

This is spooky. This morning while watching our chivas game with my 2 brothers, they were teasing about us having useless Kean as our only option at LW.

Told them its unlikely we will get Zaniolo or dumbass Morata right now, so hope atleast at last resort deal they go with a top quality LW/SS/CF/RW like Mertens. He can litterally fill every role well.

Yeah. Let's go for more experience and quick fixes. Fuck this shit. In one year, we'll be without Cuads, and possibly Di Maria. Our width is totally fucked.

Wrap up Zaniolo already. Forget about wasting funds on Mertens or Parepiss. We have money. He is young and Italian, so why are we fucking hesitating? The one Italian who's actually quality and available and we have yet to pull the trigger.

They kept fucking around and pussyfooting and lost Kostic (yeah, some of you will say if we really wanted him, he'd already be here - keep believing that), and now that Roma have Abraham and Dybala, with Zaniolo's contract expiring in 2024, we should be all over this deal. Loan for 10-15 million + obligation for 30 million (if certain conditions are met), and :donedeal:

Chiesa dead? I also like how this transfer window has already closed and the winter one been forfeited.
Chiesa will be the only viable option. The winter mercato should only be utilized for remedial purposes; otherwise, we're going to overpay. In the current window, we've been linked to Zaniolo (who should be a priority in my book), Parepiss (who's not a winger), and Kostic (who's probably off to West Ham). Unless management have some ace up their sleeve, and with the season kicking off in 3 weeks, I'd like it if we have all our players, and the team, ready before then.

So from reading all the latest mercato rumors and reports seems like we will:
- do whatever is needed to bring Morata back.
(20M deal, or another loan)
- Sign Paredes in a loan +option/obligation deal.
- Extend Fagioli's contract and he will stay with the first team while Rovella Wil be loaned out.

Morata again :sergio: :wallbang:

Parepiss - another superfluous purchase which doesn't address any needs and adds an inconsistent injury prone shitcunt on high wages with no resale value.

Fagioli's contract extension is a must.

Hate the Morata deal also because Zaniolo is again starting to look like a top top talent. Hope it's not our only chance to sign him. Morata instead of Kean is an upgrade though, so maybe it's the right thing to do.
