with Kostic we should try 3-4-3 until Pogba and Chiesa are ready.

Danilo Bon Bremer
Cuadrado Locatelli Zakaria Kostic
Di Maria Vlahovic Kean

In this line up, there is no need to play Sandro and Pellegrini and the problem of LB is solved. Also, Bremer and Kostic will perform their best in this formation.

Danilo is a viable LB still got em beat
He's played there about 50 times in his career, even in our shirt and we won a lot of those matches. Do you know where he played in the first match of our last season? Defensive midfield. Again, if you want to talk about jokes. He can play at defensive midfield but not left fullback, when the starter already is so poor? :howler:

Hit me up when Danilo actually sends an assist or beats his man down whichever flank he is playing, you know the things that good and above good fullbacks do every other match.

I would play him as a cb or cdm before I ever play him as a fullback.

If the fee of 15m is true that Di Marzio reports, then Paredes is an ok panic signing, as long as the wages are low. With Pogba and McKennie out it won't hurt to have another midfield addition since Arthur is leaving too. I'm confident Fagioli and Rovella would do just as fine for us though, but Allegri gonna Allegri I guess. Most likely he'll be on the transfer list come next summer, like all our midfielders after one season....

So according to Di Marzio Raspadori is looked at as a replacement for Moise (I've been reading and copy pasting this since May).
I can totally live with that as long as the price is right and we can sell Moise for a similar fee to what we will end up paying for Raspadori.

According to Pedulla we are not interested and Napoli will close the deal by Monday.
I trust him more than Di Marzio tbh.

Szczęsny (Perin)
Danilo (MDS) Bon (Gatti) Bremer (Milenkovic) Pellegrini (Sandro)
Pogba (Zakaria) Paredes (Rovella) Locatelli (MCkennie, Fagiolli)
Di Maria (Cuadrado) Vlahovic (Kean) Chiesa (Kostic)

I think this is our final squad for this season.
Good enough for 3rd place, if everyone is healthy. Next season, we have no right wingers, a decaying Bonucci (who's already ageing), and no fullbacks still. The midfield is one Pogba injury away from disaster, unless Locatelli, Zakaria and Fagioli step up BIG time!

Paredes is definitely underrated in here plus there's talk about an option, not an immediate buy.
Parepiss is a mental midget, a pussyfag with a limited skillset on high wages and inconsistent performances. He would be a totally meaningless and superfluous purchase who takes away serious minutes from younger players more worthy of the shirt. Fuck him and fuck anyone who endorses this transfer, including management and Allegri, if they actually want to bring him in.

We really just need good offensive left-back like Udogie and mercato chiuso. Splashing cash on the likes of Zaniolo is useless when there is a gaping hole in the squad and we're playing with 10 men every game. Sandro cost us so many games with his absolutely horrendous mistakes and he offers absolutely nothing offensively, leaving Vlahovic completely reliant on the right side of the pitch. Sounds like a hilarious and stupid suggestion, but Marcelo is left hanging without a club and I'd put him on the pitch for just one season like Di Maria if we're absolutely broke and can't get anyone else.
 :howler:

Done deal:
OUT: Chiello, De ligt, Ramsey, Berna, Dybala, Morata
IN: Bremer, Gatti, Pogba, Di Maria

Besides those, if we end up with:
OUT: Rugani, Arthur, Miretti (loan), Pjaca
IN: Milenkovic, Paredes, Kostic

How would you rate the mercato?

5/10 and that’s IF we sign those 3. No question in my mind that our transfer business so far has only partially met our needs. LB, LW, CB and CM are still scarily in need of massive improvements.
