loan is fine, but this deal stinks. americans dont make good football players, with an exception here and there.

i guess it's better than useless italians. but this deal is far from a great business.

imagine he when he signs for us, he join tuz and we share with him his experiences with first team. then we share jokes and memes.

until of course he starts sucking and bianconero81, jck, and bianconero_aus scare him away lol
Exactly.
Sometimes I’m worried that Khedira or Berna joins this forum and decides to commit suicide the following day.

Interesting and never saw a transfer for like this coming. Young athletic and has bite pretty much sums up that type that we need. Probably means locatelli isn't coming but who knows. Nonetheless I'm just happy we are going for younger players who will be available.

Vidal had success in Germany but I don't think anyone thought he would turn into the beast and quality player he did when joining us. No different to pogba. We need to find these players who are ready to take their game to the elite level. Without huge budgets it is the only way to rebuild this midfield. Question...do we have room for one more considering ramsey is most likely going to leave as well?

Thankfully Juventus isn’t as narrow minded as some of their fans here and there.
football has played since the 1800s. not a single american worth remembering worldwide.

bro even cameroon, nigeria, romania, liberia produced legends of the game. and these nations have poor resources .

ukraine has been a nation for only 31 years and they gave the world shevchenko.

america what give? nothing worthy.

i stand by what i said. loan is fine, but this deal is not worth celebrating because he can't be good

I don’t think this is a bad deal at all. We have a long list of players to kick out and replace. All of them can’t be players that are coveted an WC/potential WC. We don’t have the money. He does fit the bill in others other ways though:
  • young and motivated
  • Injury free
  • Seemingly has attributes that aren’t pure CM
  • Low cost on the wage bill

And if he can’t cut it, well then he’s on loan. Hopefully Patrici has been busy with bigger deals too though as we’ve still got to get some better quality into the lineup.

Well with this McKennie guy, Kulu and Arthur in the team at least we won't get overrun by teams like Sassuolo. That was so depressing.

I hope we bring in more fresh blood in Kean.

For now this Mercato speaks grinta, but it will be tough to get established players in midfield and attack.

Maybe we will try to loan players like Icardi on the last day of Mercato.

What would guys think about mercato of Kulu, Arthur, Milik, Mckennie, Locatelli and recalling Pellgrini and Romero.

out: Higuian, Khedira, Matuidi, De Sciglio, bernardeschi and Rugani

Certainly brings down the average age and clears out high wage deadwood but, aside from Kulu and Arthur, the rest seem squad player quality. At least for now.
Honestly, lots of young and interesting players, but nothing to get too excited about. I'd probably rate it as a 6+

Pulisic, Dest, Tyler Adams, and McKennie. Zack Steffen also has a shot to be Man city’s #1 goalie.

And it’s not about resources, Americans just don’t care enough about the sport. The best athletes in the country take other routes.

No we need to add a Aouar/Zaniolo/some kind of potential world class player to that midfield.
Bro. Zaniolo --> summer of 2021 :donedeal:

We rent a Fiat Punto and go pick him up from the airport together. Can we fit in @KB824 and @Albo in the car? :boh: :b81:

McKennie is best as a box to box, Paredes has an excellent long ball and Locatelli plays best as a deep lying midfielder so what is the problem? they can all play together perfectly
Fuck Paredes. I don't know why some of you have this fascination with mini Jabronis - some of you even like supreme and ultimate Jabronis :sigh: :wallbang:
