A combined midfield of the two teams would probably be Fabian Ruiz, Pjanic and Allan.

We need better scouts in this department.

We dont need better scouts, Allan, Zielinski and Jorginho were all on our radar way before Napoli signed them. We just need to pick our signings better

Its their playing style! I do however admit that I underestimated Fabian Ruiz.
If you take the whole season and not just the last couple of month there are players who have done well like Bentancur and Matuidi (who you really underestimate him in this forum)
If you mean midfield without depth - You can say Allan is the best followed by Pjanic and then (when both on form) I`d put Ruiz&Matuidi.
I usually the one saying you overrate our players (not you specifically lots of you) but this time I feel underrating is the correct word.
Im not saying our midfield is not crap as it clearly is but if you compare our midfield to the rest of the Serie A then we are definitely ok.

Next season I wouldnt mind us selling Pjanic for Pogba and add Kante to help our defensive setup - After that all that is needed is to count the days until our CL win..

This is pure fantasy. We are not going to just buy the best midfielders of the Premier League at will.

Of course not but wouldnt it be nice if we understand we have a problem and just do something to fix it?!
I think Kante should be regarded as an objective as he would really help our defense which seems shaky compared to the last seasons..

We will probably not sign Pogba or Kante and end up with something more potential than current superstar ability.. Something like Ndombele Pjanic Ramsey (Though I really think Pjanic is past it)

If he performs its good but if he isnt... his price drops like crazy...
I rather cash in on him and spend whatever needed for Pogba who IMO is twice as good as Pjanic - So yeah we pay more both on fee and wages but we get a player who is much better than Pjanic

100M or Pjanic? I`d take the 100M...

If he asks to leave and we getting Verratti, Thiago (who is healthy) or someone of that caliber, fine, but do you see us getting that, I dont. Pjanic is a top midfielder, excellent regista, intelligent and technical orchestrator. Our midfield needs MORE of him, not less.


Its allways bizzare to me Juve fans act like they are the accountants of the club, in charge of keeping up the pluzvalenza, and allways advocate for us to sell our best players, especially our rare high level technical and creative players in in Pjanic and Dybala. We litterally get bullied in CL because we dont have enough of that level of skill and poise to escape the constant pressure in the toughest games.

Pjanic has always been a luxury midfielder.

Pjanic has always been a luxury midfielder.

Not a luxury player, thats the term Zach had for Pogba Defenitely a necessary player. Pjanic is a top level complimentary player, he shouldnt be the one to solely lead a midfield, he doesnt have the character for it it seems. But he should have better support cast, and someone who takes more of the talisman role in midfield while Pjanic just focuses on making it tic and smooth in possession.
