OK so heres the transfer campaign that I want. I think it is both realistic but importantly necessary

Even though he's not a regular starter for a lower ranked club I will take Emre Can because for a free he is useful for squad depth. On that note I will also accept Balotelli. Again for depth and he's free and to allow Higuaín to rest.

Stefan de Vriji is a no brainer and also free so I'll take him too. Ditto Max Meyer. These are two fantastic players. Both free.

Rafinha is also useful.

So without spending money we can add the required depth to replace our ageing squad in the form of: Emre Can, Balotelli, De Vriji, Meyer and Rafinha.
Then we get to the big signings. SMS is a must. Lets shell it out and secure a world class player. Lets get Martial too, he probably won't be astronomically high and can be a great rotation player. Then our next big signing and after losing Bonnuci and soon Chiellini I believe someone like Azpilcueta would slot in nicely. And our third and final massive signing Oblak. To replace the great Buffon

So players in:
Oblak
Azpilcueta
De Vriji
Rafinha
Emre Can
Meyer
SMS
Martial
Balotelli

Out:
Buffon
Barzagali
Lichensteiner
Khediera
Asamoah
Marchisio
Manduzic

It would be huge. It would be necessary.
Not sure if your post goes well with the first sentence of your signature.

I was bored. Fees are pretty much the minimum in the current market. We'll set the signing-on/agents fees at €5m for free agents, which is pretty low end for players of reputation. Salaries all before tax (i.e. what the club has to pay).

Oblak - €100m, €12m salary
Azpilcueta - €50m, €6.5m salary
De Vriji - free, €5m SO fee, €8m salary
Rafinha (presume this is Barfa/Inter guy?) €35m, €5.2m salary
Emre Can - free, €5m SO fee, €8.8m salary
Meyer - free, €5m SO fee, €7.8m salary
SMS - €100m, €10.5m salary
Martial - €80m, €8m salary
Balotelli - free, €5m SO fee, €6m salary

Also need to add:
Caldara - free, €3.5m salary
Spinazzola - free, €3.5m salary

Fees: €385m
Salaries: €79.8m

Out:
Buffon - free, €7.8m salary
Barzagali - free, €4.9m salary
Lichensteiner - free, €3.7m salary
Khediera - €25m (if lucky), €7.8m salary
Asamoah - free, €2.8m salary
Marchisio - €15m (in current state), €6m salary
Manduzic - €18m, €6m salary

Fees: €58m
Salaries: €39m

Very realistic. Let's wrap it up.

None of what you posted is realistic. Like at all. And it’s spelt Barzagli and Lichtsteiner and Mandzukic.

With several names on the market, the Bianconeri will look to bring in at least one new Italian midfielder this summer.
In January, Juve were linked by multiple sources with a move for Lorenzo Pellegrini, the Roma midfield who was bought back from Sassuolo last summer for €10 million.

Since then, Pellegrini has become an integral part of Roma’s midfield, making 29 appearances so far this season.

It would be a tough move to convince Roma to sell yet another important player to Juve, especially after selling Miralem Pjanic and then losing out on Wojciech Szczesny after failing to find a deal with Arsenal. However, Pellegrini remains Juve’s favorite.

Then there’s Bryan Cristante, another Allegri prodigy who earned his debut with AC Milan while he was still in charge. Cristante has been reborn these past two seasons with Atalanta, although is loan deal expires this summer with Benfica. Atalanta may try to buy him out, but Juve could opt to negotiate directly with Benfica. It will be very expensive in any case.

Finally, there’s the young Nicolo’ Barella from Cagliari. The Sardi have recently extended his contract until 2022, thus raising his value significantly. Barella has become a mainstay with his hometown club but everybody in Italian football knows he has the potential to be something special. All of Italy’s giants see this.

According to Tuttosport, the three players all have a similar value of around €30 million with Pellegrini being the most expensive. But after Juventus missed out Pellegri, the 16-year-old striker, they won’t want to lose out on another gem in quick succession.

Its super unrealistic...
Martial 80M why should we pay such sum for a guy who hasnt done shit?! not even talking about his wages..
Oblak 100M?! Our board seems to like the Polak so why would we be spending 100M on a GK when we already have our "Top GK"
Meyer is going to Bayern - German players only go to Bayern...
Can - Even he seems to be delaying but this one is probably the only realistic one although the wages are high..
Balotelli?! I like him but we all know he wont come..
SMS - Price seems logical but wages are too high..

We already have been left behind

We won't be a tier 1 club unless the transfer policy changes for now we are a tier 2 club
We've very clearly been a tier 1 club as far as results go for the past 3 years. 3 straight domestic doubles and 2 CL finals means tier 1 for the 3 year period. Only Real and maybe Barca could be said to have superior results over the Allegri Juve era.

I do agree with you that we will have trouble maintaining our status as a top 2-4 club (results-wise) in Europe if we don't start making a bigger splash on the transfer market and being a little more reluctant to sell players without having replacements of a similar level ready to step in for them.

This summer is all about midfield and RB and trying to keep our current stars together. 1 world class CM, 1 young CM with big potential, and 1 world class RB, while keeping our best players, and we'd be firmly cemented as one of the CL favourites for next season.
